Skills and Requirements

Strategy and Visualization Skills

Ability to analyze business needs and applications.
Take page wireframes and execute into live pages.
Identify, research and troubleshoot any design / coding problems related to projects.
Provide feedback to management concerning possible problems or areas of improvement.
Research for new techniques which can improve the delivery levels.
Ability to master new techniques quickly and efficiently.
Process and Timeline Oriented approach.

Technical Skills

Experience with Table and Tableless (DIV) websites.
Experience with CMS solutions like Wordpress, Joomla etc.
Knowledge of rectifying cross browser issues.
Knowledge of Photoshop, Flash, Dreamweaver, Illustrator, and Image Ready.
Knowledge of W3C, design standards like web 2.0 and other Usability (U.I.) standards
Hands on experience of working on Tableless websites, PHP, JavaScript, Ajax, HTML, DHTML, XHTML and CSS.
Database design, development and Implementation skills essential.
Knowledge of SEO will be an added advantage.

Technical Skills and Requirements

Good Team Management and mentoring Skills.
Atleast 2 - 3 years experience in Web Development.
Ability to work in multi-tasked environment.
Work both individually and in Team.
Good Communication Skills.
